Commercial Sales ADM

at our location London

Your Tasks:

Selling the company‘s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments/refurbishments, you will develop relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors.

You will have responsibility for generating product/system specifications in line with targeted expectations and working closely with our commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications.

You will also develop, host and deliver technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professionals.

Your Profile:

The successful applicant will ideally have a proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena.

You will be project led, a confident presenter and have a demonstrable track record in specification selling. You will ideally have a knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building. Providing detailed technical support and advice you be will expected to interact and draw upon a wide range of supporting services.
