Consultant HR Global Mobility (m/f/d) 

at our location Erlangen, Rehau   | as soon as possible   | fulltime   | permanent position 

 

Your Tasks:

  • Supporting employees, managers and expatriates on the topic of international staff secondment with a focus on international business trips.
  • Ensuring legal compliance in the areas of social security and taxes as well as labour and residence law
  • Regular updates based on legal developments and training of internal stakeholders
  • Cooperation with relevant human resources and specialist departments as well as authorities and institutions
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of worldwide assignments abroad (secondments, transfers, project assignments, etc.)
  • Commissioning and managing external service providers
  • Conception and implementation of global policies as well as cooperation in international HR projects

Your Profile:

  • Degree in law, economics or finance or a comparable course of study or corresponding completed training. 
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of international staff deployment, ideally very good knowledge of international social security, tax, labour and residence law  
  • Very good MS Office skills as well as practical experience with SAP HCM and Success Factors are an advantage
  • Ideally experience in project management and applied knowledge of the Europe-wide reporting procedure based on the EU Posting of Workers Directive
  • Business fluent in German and English coupled with intercultural competence
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself comprehensively with complex topics and to communicate these to different target groups
