Global Learning & Development Manager (m/w/d)

🎯 Your Mission

You will shape the global learning and development agenda for REHAU Water Technologies. In this role, you will develop scalable solutions for employee development, talent management, and leadership development. You will establish global standards and development programs, strengthen technical and leadership career paths, and support our international locations in fostering the long-term development of employees and leaders.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of the global learning and development strategy
• Establishment and further development of international programs for employee, talent, and leadership development
• Development of global career paths for specialist and leadership roles
• Establishment of competency models, talent reviews, and succession planning processes
• Consulting and support for executives and local HR teams worldwide
• Development of a modern, digital, and scalable learning architecture, as well as measurement of its effectiveness

Who we are looking for

• A successfully completed degree in human resources management, business psychology, education, organizational development, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in learning and development, talent management, or international human resources development
• Experience in designing and implementing global development and leadership programs
• Knowledge of competency management, career development, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently across different hierarchical levels
• Excellent English skills, strategic thinking, a structured approach to work, and a willingness to travel internationally for business
