Your Tasks:

Our goal as REHAU New Ventures is to create and shape the future by building meaningful and user centric ventures, predominantly surrounding the construction industry and better living. Your task will be on the one hand, to support and consult all current ventures with your financial expertise and experience. On the other hand, you will be responsible for building up actual ventures, which will include coordinating venture teams, creating and delegating tasks, and to do whatever has to be done to make ventures successful. Therefore, your tasks will be diverse and varying from time to time:

 

  • You are the expert for b2b sales, sales processes and sales enablement within REHAU New Ventures
  • You are responsible together with the specific venture team for conceptualizing and implementing the sales approaches within newly created ventures
  • You analyze markets for existing sales approaches and new possible sales approaches with digital components
  • You create concepts for sales channels, proof the market access and implement sales processes
  • You setup and build the actual venture together with the venture building team and perform market entries as well as giving support during the market entry phase until the scaling phase
  • You coordinate and build highly motivated venture teams which create digital products and services with new business models
  • You find solutions for any challenge, keeping calm under any circumstances
  • You are able to leverage external assets and to cooperate with our partner network
  • You are able to work under high uncertainty and develop own solutions without given specifications
  • You can focus on multiple projects while keeping the big picture and strategic goals in mind

Your Profile:

  • Finished university degree or equivalent in economics, business development, information systems or similar courses with a strong understanding of economics and digital products
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience at a start-up, in the sales of an existing company or as sales strategist 
  • Ability to analyze markets in a structured way and build concepts for sales channels, market access options and sales processes
  • Experience with textual and graphical content creation as well as content marketing is a plus
  • Experience in b2b sales and/or digital sales approaches for products or services is a must-have
  • Fluent English and German
