Your Tasks:

Our goal as REHAU New Ventures is to create and shape the future by building meaningful and user centric ventures, predominantly surrounding the construction and (smart) home industry. You will take over the role as a digital growth manager at one of our ventures in the construction industry. It is a software tool for craftsman, which digitizes the customer qualification. As a growth manager, you are mainly responsible for proactively establishing and optimizing a suitable sales strategy, to market the software successfully. As you will work in a start-up like structure, your tasks may not always be restricted to sales, but will be diverse and vary from phase to phase:


  • You will be responsible for establishing and continuously optimizing an effective sales funnel 
  • You will be in charge of acquiring new customers via multiple channels (phone, emails, social media etc.)
  • You will analyze and evaluate customer needs and wishes by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • You will translate/map those findings into meaningful design features, which satisfy this real life needs 
  • You will be responsible for proactively forming new strategic partnerships with different stakeholders

Your Profile:

  • Finished university degree in sales or sales related courses or similar qualification from your working experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience at a start-up, in the sales department of a corporate or within a VC and experience with B2B SaaS sales online and offline
  • A proactive way of working, a problem solving mindset and the ability to remain focused despite the uncertainty, high level of self-organization is a must
  • Experience in B2B sales including a proven track record and experience in online marketing
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills
  • You are able to give and receive constructive feedback 
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic, fast and motivated
  • You come up with solutions for every challenge you encounter, while keeping calm even in stressful situations
  • You are fluent in English and German
