Your Tasks:

Together with you we want to create and shape the future by building a meaningful and user-centric venture, predominantly surrounding the construction industry and better living. As a Working Student, you will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and prepare strategic decisions. During the employment, your tasks will include both strategic and operational levels and will be diverse and varying from time to time:

• You actively shape the future of REHAU New Ventures by accompanying and supporting the establishment of a new company, that has been successfully tested on the market
• You independently conduct market analyses and trend research in the construction industry and provide recommendations for action
• You prepare and conduct interviews, workshops and events for customers acquisition
• You create a concept for a comprehensive brand strategy, including promising point-of-sales as well as suitable sales channels
• You strengthen the social media presence of a new company
• You assist in the development of a network of experts
• You contribute your valuable know-how and perspective to our existing team

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor or master student in the fields of sales, marketing, business development, business psychology or related studies
• Ideally first (work) experience in workshop facilitation, event organization, content marketing, performance marketing or start-up
• Expertise in using various design tools to independently update social media platforms, write copy for posts, create images for social media posts, as well as develop dynamic prototypes and manage campaigns
• Fluent in German and English
• Working with a large degree of ownership for your decisions and dedicated tasks
• A team player with excellent communication skills, being able to give and receive constructive feedback and motivate everyone around you

Start from January 2022 or later, for at least 3 to 6 months, with 16 to 20 working hours per week for the working student position, mandatory or voluntary internship are possible.
