Working student / Internship in the field of Start-Up - Junior Venture Architect (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

You will be part of the market entry process of different early stage ventures surrounding the construction industry and better living. Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the ventures in their day-to-day business, such as contacting customers, research important information, create marketing material, etc. 
• Assist the founding teams in creating user-centric and successful ventures 
• Fulfil important administrational tasks in the back office e.g. create stunning presentations with PowerPoint, build valuable Excel sheets, etc. 
• Be a proactive and attentive member of the team, bring in your ideas and help bringing ventures to the market successfully

Your qualifications:

• You are currently enrolled in university, ideally in a Masters course in business/economics, engineering, IT or any similar field of study
• Ideally you have gained experience with start-ups or business development through previous jobs and/or internships
• You are a team-player and highly motivated to shape the future of venture building for REHAU New Ventures
• You have experience with innovation methods (Design Thinking, lean start-up etc.), project management and/or similar tools
• You are open-minded, enthusiastic and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit
• You gained international experience (e.g. exchange semester) and speak English and German fluently
• You are capable of working with all MS office programs
• You are proactive and open to give and receive constructive feedback 

Start from March 2022, mandadory or voluntary internship for at least 3 months (ideally mandatory internship for 5 or more months) respectively working student position for at least 5-6 months with 16 to 20 working hours per week.
