Maintenance Manager

at our location Blaenau | fulltime | permanent position

Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead operations on a Window Extrusion manufacturing site, managing a multi-skilled maintenance team, responsible for planned maintenance strategy, reliability improvements, compliance, team development, and the delivery of safe, efficient engineering support to production.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver effective PPM scheduling. Drive improvements in equipment reliability and performance;
Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, including capability building and training plans for succession planning;
Ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation and site standards;
Manage contractor control. Manage and control the maintenance budget and spare parts stores
Manage service contracts and external suppliers. Lead or support capex and improvement projects. 

Your Profile:

The successfull candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager / Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader in industrial manufacturing;
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, safety standards, and safe working practices;
Formal engineering qualification (e.g., Degree, HNC/HND);
H&S training (e.g., NEBOSH);
Full, Clean Driving License;
Right to work in the UK.
