Senior Global Mobility Consultant (m/f/d)
at our Business Service Centre in Poznań | as soon as possible | full time and open-ended employment | up to 80% Mobile Office possible

Your key responsibilities:
- You will support our HR colleagues and managers with decisions related to international employee mobility.
- You are well versed in complex issues relating to immigration, international taxes, social security, and labor law and provide customized and conceptual advice.
- You will reliably manage end-to-end processes in global mobility management and support our internal customers from cost estimation and applying for social security notifications to drafting contracts and coordinating international payroll.
- You will coordinate all processes between internal and external stakeholder, and, in particular German authorities and work closely with them.
- With your experience, you will also contribute to the continuous optimization and further development of our processes and guidelines in Global Mobility Management, helping to shape a globally networked work culture in our company.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in labor law, economics, or finance. Alternatively, you have completed relevant business training and have several years of professional experience.
- You have several years of experience in the global mobility department of a company or have gained experience at a service provider in the field of immigration, taxes, or destination services/relocation (at least 3 years).
- You have in-depth knowledge of German and international (wage) tax and social security law as well as practical experience with the EU Posting of Workers Directive, in particular EU Posted Workers Notifications.
- You have excellent language skills (written and spoken) in German and English, at least C1.
- A client-first approach and conscientious work with a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving and communication skills round off your profile.
- You enjoy traveling for work and are able to spend several days at our headquarter in Erlangen at least once every quarter
