Freight Cost Specialist Interior Solutions (m/w/d)

Responsibilites:

• Invoice Verification: Checking shipping invoices from freight forwarders against internal
  shipping data to ensure accuracy before payment.
• Dispute Management: Clarifying and resolving any price or quantity differences between the
  carriers and the company’s various shipping hubs.
• Claims Handling: Processing credit note claims.
• Financial Record Keeping: Initiating and correcting bookings in the system.
• Data Accuracy: Adjusting statistics to ensure management reports on shipping volumes and
  costs remain reliable.

Profile:

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA).
• Experience: Minimum of 1.5-2 years of professional experience in a commercial or purchasing
  environment.
• Background: Solid knowledge of purchasing processes, particularly contract management and
  data maintenance, or experience in commercial/office operations.
• Languages: High-level proficiency in German and English.
• Software: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP or TransFlow is a significant advantage.
• Conflict Resolution: Ability to adapt and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise
  when dealing with external partners.
• Proactive Approach: A mindset focused on knowledge sharing to drive operational efficiency
  across different organizational units.
