Senior Product Manager, WS

at our location Ross-on-Wye | as soon as possible | fulltime | permanent position

Your Role:

As an integral part of REHAU Window Solutions, based at our UK Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, you will be responsible for the product management of current and future ranges - specifically our bought-in system accessories and fire-rated window and door products.


You will be working on commercial topics such as strategy development, pricing, market research, compliance, stock management, sales analysis and new product launches.


The role will involve dealing with internal and external stakeholders and supporting our UK sales force in promoting our diverse range of fenestration products. The key task will be to ensure the business continues to grow in a profitable and sustainable manner, through the consistent implementation of the UK strategy by the whole team.

Your Profile:

You will have previous experience of product management in the Construction or Fenestration industry. Knowledge and experience of fire-rated construction products, including their application and legislative requirements is desirable.


Ideally educated to Degree / HND standard, or qualified through experience, candidates must be able to demonstrate a structured approach to their work, a focussed, analytical mind and relevant experience of creating business plans, data analysis, spotting future trends and adapting to complex business situations and market requirements.


A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is a must. Competency with MS Office based applications is essential, as is excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
