You report directly to the Global Head of HR and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe.

Your Impact

• You deliver consistent HR key figures to internal and external stakeholders.
• You develop, internationalise and digitalise HR controlling processes using SAP HCM, SAP BI and SuccessFactors.
• You prepare reports, ad-hoc analyses and data to support data-driven decision-making.
• You manage personnel cost planning, salary rounds and forecasting.
• You collaborate with Controlling, Payroll and HR Technology to ensure seamless integration.
• You plan and monitor the HR department’s budget.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field with a focus on HR controlling
• Several years of experience in HR controlling and reporting
• Strong skills in MS Excel; experience with SAP HCM, SAP BI and SuccessFactors is a plus
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is advantageous
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, independent and precise working style
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
