What to expect in your new job

• Maintain the company's general accounting (recording of daily transactions, input of invoices, monitoring of bank operations, etc.) including month end closings.
• Perform monthly/annually reporting monthly reporting according to group GAAP in Cognos (Group Software) & in French GAAP according to PCG; Manage tax and social security declarations (VAT, various taxes, social charges).
• Support treasury tasks such as cash & liquidity management, bank relationship, electronic banking, payments, reporting and reconciliations.
• Analyze accounts and provide relevant financial information to management.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and monitor performance indicators.
• Ensure proper management of accounting entries, including depreciation and provisions.
• Collaborate with auditors during inspections and annual audits.
• Collaborate with the parent company located Switzerland.

What you should bring.

• Accounting qualification (minimum Bac +2, preferably Bac +3/5 in accounting)
• At least 3 years of experience as a general accountant, preferably in a similar environment / industry.
• In-depth knowledge of French accounting and tax standards 
• Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of MS Business Central and Cognos would be a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Precision, organization, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Autonomous but aligned working stiloe plus good teamwork skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is desirable, and French is mandatory.
